Don't deposit your balance to cash balance ever! I have always used crypto and it was without a problem. Today I used the method of depositing to cash balance. I won and wanted to withdraw, bank transfer withdrawal method was available. When I withdrew the funds after a few minutes I received a refund and the message "this channel is under maintenance" popped up Coincidence? Everything was working until I tried to withdraw the funds? Something strange this coincidence I regret that I used this method... if I had paid the crypto improvement today I would have already had the funds in my account. I am 100% sure that bc.game is doing this on purpose and the tech support is lying that there is maintenance work. Other people had the same problem.

@Kee I am having the same issue and I contacted multiple times support and no one is able to help me to withdraw the funds or give me an estimate time for the maintenance. Were you able to withdraw your funds or not yet ? 

I joined BC Game yesterday and this is making me anxious as hell, I will never deposit in FIAT again.
